EcoStyle Agent
An AI-powered sustainability verification platform integrating application, backend and AI/ML workflows.
EcoStyle Agent / supplied mediaStart with the reason to build.
Sustainability claims are difficult to verify when the experience, backend and AI signals are disconnected from one another.
What shaped the work.
EcoStyle Agent was built as an applied AI and sustainability project spanning a mobile-facing application, backend services and verification workflows.
A system, not a feature demo.
The system connects a React Native application to FastAPI services and AI/computer-vision capabilities, with Firebase supporting the application layer and cloud services supporting verification.
Be precise about ownership.
I worked across most of the system and owned the end-to-end integration, connecting the application, backend and AI/ML workflows into one coherent experience.
The parts that made it real.
- React Native application surface
- FastAPI backend services
- Hugging Face and Google Cloud Vision integrations
- Firebase-backed application workflow
Architecture is represented here as a focused system sketch: the important interfaces and decisions are more useful than a decorative diagram.
Where engineering judgment mattered.
- Coordinating interfaces between the mobile application, backend and AI services
- Working with multiple external AI capabilities in one product flow
- Keeping an applied sustainability use case at the center of technical decisions
Every system carries a choice.
The architecture uses focused managed services and specialized AI capabilities so the team could connect a complete experience across application, backend and verification without building every infrastructure primitive from scratch.
An integrated AI-powered sustainability verification platform spanning application, backend and AI/ML workflows.
- End-to-end integration is a product capability in its own right.
- External AI services need clear boundaries and graceful workflow design.
- Technical choices are more useful when they reinforce the user problem.
